Your Festive Survival Guide 🎅🏼✨

As the week winds down, I know many of us are gearing up to sign off for the year. I hope that’s exactly what you’ll be doing soon!

This time of year can feel pretty chaotic with last minute client requests, tying up loose ends, and maybe a few sneaky “quick questions” making their way into your inbox!

So, here’s a little survival guide to help you get through these next few days smoothly..

Step 1: Embrace the Out of Office

Set that auto reply and mean it! Let clients know when you’ll be back and give yourself the space to truly log off.

Pro tip: Turn it on now to get through your to do list without interruptions 😉

Step 2: Plan for the Sneaky “Quick Question” or Request

You know the one, those little emails that seem urgent but rarely are. Unless Santa’s sleigh is stuck, it can wait until January!!!

Step 3: Let Go of the Guilt

Not everything needs to be done before the clock strikes midnight on December 31st. The world won’t end if a few tasks roll into the new year.

In fact, you’ll probably come back in January wondering why you stressed so much 😜

Step 4: Put the Laptop Away

Out of sight, out of mind! Mine lives tucked away in a drawer with my work phone when I’m offline which definitely helps with the urge to “Just log on quickly”.

Wishing you a smooth + stress free close to the year! Eat the chocolate, drink the wine and be MERRY 💃🥂

Much love,

P.S. If you’re still mulling over 2025 plans, remember my new 1:1 calls are available at their introductory rates until I’m back in the office on January 6th. Perfect for kicking off a fresh start in the new year!
